About Us

Run Walk Crawl was the vision of two Cardiff Based ultra runners Ben Morris and Joe Timmins. They had competed in ultra marathons across Britain but wanted to bring the ultra running experience to the fabulous trails they trained on in South Wales.

Our aim is to provide challenging, exciting, adventurous events in beautiful locations.  Our basic criteria we ask for all our events is "would we like to do it ourselves?"  If the answer is yes and the powers that be will let us we will put it on for you!

South Wales offers miles of brilliant and beautiful trail running countryside, forestry tracks, mountains and coastal paths, we hope that you will come and explore it with us.  We aim to increase participation for runners of all ages and abilities into trail running events across South Wales.

We now have a team of experienced outdoor proffessionals, including ultra runners, triathletes, former services, physiotherapists and qualified mountain leaders. Adding to that team we have an amazing network enthusiastic and highly experienced Volunteer Marshals who like nothing more than helping you complete your challenge.
