A mountain fitness session in either the glorious Brecon Beacons or Black Mountains! Suitable for all abilities - from someone looking to gain first time experience through to an experienced runner. We can tailor the distance and complexity of the route to suit your goals and abilities. The content is up to the individual and will be arranged prior to the session, but we can focus on any of the following:
- Learning new routes in the Brecon Beacons / Black Mountains
- Route recces
- Hill climbing technique
- Hill descending techinque
- Hill reps!
- Kit selection and equipment
- Pacing strategies
- Nutrition and fuelling strategies
- Basic navigation skills
- Or just running for enjoyment!
The session can be done on a one to one basis or in a small group over half a day or a full day. Full day (6 Hours) one to one £250 or group of four £65 (per person). Half day (3 hours) one to one £150 or group of four £40(per person).
Please note that if you wish to book on the four person group you will need to arrange the group yourself. If you wish to join a group we can place you on a waiting list until a group of four becomes available.
