A comprehensive fitness plan constructed specifically for you to improve your running. The plan will take into consideration your goals, upcoming races, your current fitness level, exercise experience, any medical conditions or injuries.

- Running fitness & gait assessment

- 12 week running fitness plan
- Gym fitness technique session
- 12 week gym fitness plan
- Online and phone support for the duration of your training plan
The session is 3 hours long and you will have to run and perform gym based exercises so you willl need to come equipped with running trainers as well as gym kit. There are showers available at the gym so you will be able to change in and out of your gym kit!
